My first time chasing fs for work!! Haha!! Miraculously, she sat on it for a full 7 days!!

Attempts To Live Fit (Year 2008)

JP MorganChase Run - 23 Apr (Haha... I run & walk the 5.6km with GCM... Will try harder next year)
Phuket Marathon (10.5km) - 15 June (Finished 10.5km in 1hr 21mins 55s... I know slow but still...)
Shape Run (5km) - 20 July
Army Half Marathon - Running 10km
Great Eastern Run 10km - 26 Oct
Nike Run 10km - 31 Aug

My Personal KPIs Till 31 Dec 2008

Get 黑仔 by August 2008 (为了黑仔我什么都愿意！）
Complete the Shape Run 5km within 37mins 30s
Swim 20 laps every alternate week
Leave office by 730pm for at least 3 of 5 working days every week
