Wah! Went for gym with sq this morning. Nearly died from the class... that shows how unfit I am. Started with 20min ABT (Abdominal, Butt and Thigh toning class) which essentially means doing lots and lots of squats, cruches etc - my knee nearly gone. Sigh. And it is only 20min lor!
Then went on to kickboxing class. This instructor very hiong... all are quite high intensity actions - aiyah, maybe I am just weak lah. Luckily tml sq gotta go gown fitting - if not sure go on one week mc after that =p
Good exercise though... may consider changing from Mon class to join the Sunday class... =)
