Went for the 5km Shape Run this morning with THT and her sis. Dunno whether is it because the weather is very warm or humid or wat, running today seems rather tedious. Perspire alot alot. Finished my 5km in 36mins 45sec which is short of my target of 35mins. Actually could have finished within 35mins one... but I gave up and started walking for abt 1min at the point probably just after 4+km.
Slightly frustrated with this run too - it has no km markers at all unless I missed all 4 (excluding the last 1km which is obvious) km markers. I really think that all such runs should have the km markers so that runners can know how much they have run and time their run accordingly.
The next run coming up is the Singapore Bay Run - this one sure very tiring, think there's a need to run up the Sheares Bridge... sigh...

exactly the same things i said about the run! 1) perspired a lot.. 2) no distance markers!! for the 10km run, there were only 2.. at 4km and 7km.. duh..
If you look at your KPI on the right, you have met your original target of 37mins 30s :)
